I have had reasons for posting a positive review at the Centerville Rd . location for some time now but somehow time got in the way and it never happened. I have had trouble with various credit cards going through for auto pay on the two storage units I rent because of new cards being issued with new expiration dates or having reached the card's spending limit.. The staff has always been professional but very friendly, which has made my calls and/or visits there pleasurable , even when I have had to pay a late fee,! Kudos to Amanda, Tyranni, and Erin for representing Moove In so well !!!

I needed the payment date changed so as not to have problems with the payment each month. The girls were so friendly and helpful!! They didn't stop until they got it straightened out for me. THANK YOU!!!

Took into account without me having to say anything that I was pregnant and took it upon herself to get me a closer unit that was more convenient for me. I greatly appreciate her taking it upon herself to do that. That staff here In general are very kind. The place is clean and I really recommend doing business with them.

The ladies at the front office were very kind and professional. The customer service folks were knowledgeable as well. I had priceless heirloom furniture and many other items stored from 11.2021 to 12.2024. The temperature and humidity control kept my things protected and in perfect condition until I could find my forever home Christmas 2024. I was very comfortable when I was working in my unit. The workers were very responsive to anything I needed over the years. I loved the convenience of centerville road location across from That Fish That Pet Place in Lancaster off of Route 30. I felt very safe at all times when accessing my unit! Highly recommend this location. Thanks Moove Storage for a painless experience!

I’ve done business with quite a few storage facilities and this is by far one of my favorites. The facility is always clean and well lit with ample carts available. Erin and Amanda are so courteous and helpful. I almost never have to wait to be helped which is incredible since there are 3 facilities under this site. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and look forward to the next time I go in.

The staff at this location is extremely friendly knowledgeable and very charismatic. Easy to work with. Not once did I feel rushed I pushed along the process. Everyone who I spoke to was genuine and helpful, however, there are some serious operational improvements needed. The physical address sent in the confirmation email was incorrect. My storage unit was at a location down the street at a satellite facility. When I eventually called support and they asked for my unit number, they said “oh that unit is down the street.” Well then that should be corrected in the email so I’m not wandering around the wrong facility trying to find a non-existent unit. Then I got to the gate of the correct facility and the gate code, which did work at the first facility I entered, didn’t work. I had to call again. They gave me a temporary gate code and said someone would get back to me with a corrected gate code. That never happened. Five days later, still no word so I called yet again to get my gate code. Now I have what I need but after much easily-avoidable trouble.

I wish I could rate these guys 100 stars, from the service they gave, to the communication amongst the staff at different locations. I went in to the moove in self storage at 1250 Shreiner, I was checking to see if they had some available space to park a vehicle and I was told no by CANDI. She was very apologetic to me regarding that she didn’t have a parking there, but it doesn’t stop. She went above and beyond and called another location to see if they might have one available. I was told the 220 centerville location had a parking spot available and I was put in contact with BOBBY. He had such great customer service along with CANDI. I was happy that I was getting a parking location with them. Overall, both locations were so polite and so nice. I felt like I have known them for years off the conversation we had.

I had a good experience with a different Moove In storage facility in the past so I decided to try them again when I needed a large space for my Travel Trailer. After calling the previous facility they referred me to Liz at the Centerville location, who had larger spaces available. She invited me to visit the site and confirm the size and accessibility for my rig, which I did. Once seeing the facility in person I was happy to sign a lease that day and was very pleased to learn they were running a 1-month free promo. I decided to check this place out since its close to home. I am extremely happy that I stopped in. Liz, who greeted me with a friendly and welcoming attitude, got straight to work immediately since I mentioned I was on my lunch break. I was literally in and out, but did not feel rushed or uninformed. She broke down differences in sizes and prices, included taxes and insurance so I knew exactly what I would be spending monthly, showed me a unit, collected my info and had me sign the lease. I originally planned to shop around to other places with cheaper units but the greeting I received and urgency to help me, definitely sealed the deal for me.
