Wow wow wow, Carla was absolutely a lifesaver. I was having a terrible time with my current storage facility. And wasn’t feeling good about going to another facility until I met Carla her caring and patient personality made me quickly forget about my night mare with my, which I can happily say now previous storage facility. I rented 3- units saving hundreds. Carla took me on a tour and showed me just about every size they have available giving me the best deal possible. Sheryl was extremely helpful. She made the process effortless. Shortly after renting a 10x30 a situation presented itself where we no longer needed the unit. Sheryl sent in that we never moved in and received a full refund. You can not find service like that at many places anymore. If the need comes I will definitely go back there.

I don't know if they got the message or not as i didn't hear from them or get an answer when i called, but Belle Rd is close by so i called and learned that the mattress covers i was looking to purchase were available there. Wonderful experience at the Dover, PA location so far! Heather and the other staff are extremely helpful and so sweet. Heather walked me around the facility and showed me different sized units to help me better make a decision. The facility is very clean. We are renting a climate control unit and they have elevators, bathrooms and push-carts which are so convenient. They obviously take pride in the building and their customer service. I will never go with another storage company if I can help it. 10/10 recommend!

SO ...As a business owner I am pretty fussy about whether the customers of mine is treated well. With "Moove in".... I was impressed - Because I generally do not write reviews. But here goes. I looked for a unit to store my boat for the winter. After all... It is going to snow very soon. I applied on-line. I received a great follow up call by 2 wonderful women and they could not have been nicer. I was treated extremely well and given the red carpet treatment from that time forward. I met with them and walked to the unit to measure the width. When I opened the door I was blown away at the space that awaits me ! I next did some paperwork and within 15 minutes I held the keys and the confidence that I made the right choice. I am very impressed with their professionalism of "Moove in"and I would highly recommend them ! Go rent one today ! look how nice and clean.

I open my storage bin and I was amazed at how clean and nice and the size looks like a trailer inside. The cleanness that leads to my unit and how I was able to get a bin next to my family’s storage bin. When we came there for the first time me and my daughter the people had the two carts was nice where they gave up one of the carts without us asking for it. I’m so happy to rent a storage around very friendly people and I know that my space will be safe where I won’t have to worry about anything. If there were a Nobel Prize for customer service, Heather at Moove In Storage would already have it. Honestly, I don’t know how she does it. Maybe she has superpowers, maybe she’s secretly cloned, or maybe she just really likes helping stressed-out people figure out how to store their mountains of random stuff. Whatever the case, Heather has been nothing short of sensational every single time I’ve needed help.
She somehow makes renting a storage unit feel like checking into a luxury resort. Minus the pool, plus the boxes. She remembers details I don’t even remember about my own account, and she does it all with a smile that could probably power the building if the lights ever went out.
If Moove In ever loses Heather, I’ll have to start a petition, a protest, and possibly a Netflix documentary about the injustice. Until then, I’ll just keep enjoying the world-class service that makes me forget I’m literally paying money to store junk I can’t fit in my house.
