This was our first time using them and is was extremely easy. We rented one unit entirely online, It took ten minutes, mostly because i am slow on the computer. When we needed a second, I thought I messed it up so I stopped in to talk to Kelly. She had already cleaned up my mistakes and had the second unit ready. Needed a storage unit and Moove In Self Storage had the best online prices. The online rental process was easy as well. The number for the gate entry code was random and hard to remember so they called me within a hour of renting online to change it for me. Unit was clean and easy to find.

I needed a storage unit in a hurry to take advantage of an opportunity at hand. I called several and the availability was not there or the price was too much. Until I found Moove in self storage. Yes , and then there was Kelly. Kelly was so helpful and kind in assisting me with my storage needs. The price was more than fair and the unit was sizable and clean. I was even given a lock to keep . My experience was excellent. If I ever need storage again I will be calling Kelly at Moove in self storage. This was at their Finksburg location. A secure facility.

Great service getting a storage locker. The unit was clean and functional. Access to the storage is fine, but getting to and from Old Westminster Pike to MD-140 can be challenging when traffic is heavy. Kelly, the on-site manager, is fantastic. Personable and professional.

My husband and I moved here to Maryland from Indianapolis during the pandemic and this storage facility and the staff were so great! Not only was it the cheapest one I could find but I was able to reserve it online. I got a phone call less than 5 minutes after reserving I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she was awesome! Giving us tons of tips and tricks on how to store our items and making sure that we had all of the information that we needed to make this a worry free move. When we got to Maryland we had no worries taking the uhaul straight to storage as everything was just as they said it would be! Definitely recommend!

This is a great storage facilities if you need storage in the Baltimore / Carroll County area. Located right off of Rt. 140 at the county line. I've used other storage services in the area because I have regular and ongoing need of storage. This is by far the best place I've found. Clean, safe, dry and best prices in the area. Who can't use more space around the house or office? Not many! I have used 140 Mini Storage over the years at many different times in both a business and a personal capacity. They have clean, dry and secure units in a variety of sizes with ease of access 24 hours a day through a coded entry gate. They also have a large gated lot with plenty of lighting for parking boats, campers, etc. The facility is under new management and the property manager, Kelly is extremely helpful and has the customers best interest in mind. The entire facility has security cameras and along with recent upgrades to appearance, the units have all new doors with improved locking. The prices and customer service is the best of any mini storage facility I have ever used and I will not go anywhere else for my extra storage needs.
