- Start by selecting the correct unit size and type (drive-up, inside access or temperature control) for your storage needs.
- Select a third-party insurance policy – there are several to choose from.
- Electronically sign the rental agreement.
- Submit your payment with a credit or debit card.
After payment has been processed, which is typically just a few moments, you will receive an email confirmation of your rental. This email serves as your receipt and includes your gate access code, storage unit number and a map of the property so you can easily locate your unit. This online rental process is very convenient for our customers because it is live 24/7/365 – meaning you can rent your storage unit at any time on any day (even holidays), whether or not our rental office is open. Keep in mind, gate access is restricted to 6am-10pm daily, so your gate code will not work outside of those hours. However, if you need extended access, simply contact your property manager to make a request.
Renting In Person
Renting a storage unit online not for you? We will always have a property manager on site at least five days a week with convenient office hours. You can call and speak with the property manager first to see what you need to do if that makes you more comfortable. In fact, you can visit our website and check out our prices ahead of time as well. You can even reserve a self storage unit online or over the phone, and plan to visit our rental office when it is convenient for you to complete the rental.
The rental process is basically the same. You will talk with the property manager and decide on the size and type of storage unit you will need and select a third-party insurance plan to protect your belongings. You will then sign the rental agreement and provide payment with cash, check or credit card and get your gate access code. You can have the receipt printed out or emailed to you (or both) for your records. The property manager will then take you to your storage unit so you know where it is located and off you go!
