MISS Hires Chad Dravk as Regional Maintenance Technician

Local self storage company Moove In Self Storage (MISS) announces the hiring of Chad Dravk as Regional Maintenance Technician.

Chad works directly with Jeff Murdorf, Director of Construction, and provides maintenance support to the storage properties located throughout PA and MD. He is also responsible for enhancing the value and quality of the storage properties by performing regular maintenance, repairs and improvements, and working with contractors and the home office to complete maintenance work. Some of his regular duties include light bulb replacement, caulking, painting, roof repair, preventive maintenance, unit clean outs, monitoring maintenance inventory and supplies and performing on-call emergency service among others.

“Chad brings a diverse skill set that will be instrumental in helping keep up on maintenance items within our growing portfolio,” states Jeff Murdorf, Director of Construction.

ABOUT CHAD DRAVK

Chad brings more than 16 years of construction experience, and previously worked for a leading local commercial construction company for the last 12 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge in general carpentry with experience in both commercial construction as well as residential. In a previous role, he completed such projects as basement remodels, kitchens, baths and more.

Chad currently resides in Dover and lives in his childhood home with his American Bulldog, Samson. In his free time, he enjoys fishing in popular local parks such as Gifford Pinchot State Park, Lake Marburg and Lake Redman. He also enters many bass fishing tournaments at Pinchot Park, some of which he has won.

When asked about joining IRE, Chad says, “I’m excited to once again work alongside Rich Clark, and to join a local growing company. The team has been great welcoming me into the fold, and I am looking forward to the challenges and successes ahead.”
