MISS Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Locker Room Self Storage in PA and NJ
Local self storage company Moove In Self Storage (MISS) has expanded their portfolio. They have acquired the Locker Room Self Storage portfolio, located on Bridgeton, New Jersey and Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
Locker Room Self Storage includes two properties which added more than 1,200 storage units and an additional 136,075 SF of storage to the portfolio, which now stands at 28 locations throughout PA, MD, NJ, NY and CT, and is managed by Investment Real Estate Management, LLC.
When asked about the acquisition, Tara Hackman, Area Manager for Moove In Self Storage, says, “We are excited to add these two new properties to the portfolio and continue our growth of the company.”
The property in Bridgeton, New Jersey is located on Love Lane with drive-up access storage units and includes space available for future expansion as well as an on-site rental office. The property in Collegeville, Pennsylvania is located on Germantown Pike and includes drive-up and temperature-controlled storage units as well as an on-site rental office.
The Locker Room Self Storage portfolio surrounds the Philadelphia MSA. Both properties have been well maintained, offer 24-hour video surveillance, have perimeter fencing and offer 24/7 rentals and online payments.
